I'm Jade. Towing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I spent more than 10 years in my family's business, watching good people stretched thin by ringing phones and claims nobody had time to chase.

Then I spent years training hundreds of tow owners and managers across the country, and I kept seeing the same thing.
